Welcome to Arabic Cultural Immersion Summer Camp at Alif Institute! Please read these important instructions before starting the registration process:

If your child is not a current student at Alif, please select REGULAR REGISTRATION for your first child. If you have more than one camper to register, you can select that number for “REGULAR REGISTRATION MULTIPLE CAMPER DISCOUNT. Please also factor in the number of weeks.
If your camper/s is/are current Alif student/s, please select ALIF STUDENT DISCOUNT for the number of students and number of weeks.
If you would like extended care, please select that option in the form and we will send you a link to pay separately.
If you choose only one week, please indicate the week you are selecting in the form.

Do we have permission to use photographs?

Alif Institute uses photos or videos taken during various programs and events in order to promote the Institute. Children/youth may sometimes appear in such photos or videos. Parents’ permission is needed before Alif Institute uses photos or videos featuring their child/children. Policies and Regulations (Please read):

Alif Institute programs and facilities are available to all persons without discrimination by race, color, creed, age, sex, national origin, or handicap.
Alif Institute has determined a set of rules to ensure a favorable learning environment for every child. Campers must abide by these rules and parents share the responsibility of seeing that their children adhere to these rules:

Each camper should bring their own, lunch, snacks, and refillable water bottle.
Class disruption, inappropriate gestures or language, or throwing objects is not tolerated.
Chewing gum is not allowed in camp.
Camp counselors are allowed to administer the necessary disciplinary actions as in most camps when campers break any of these rules.
Running or causing a disturbance in the building is not allowed.
Defacing or destroying Institute property or other personal property is not tolerated. Parents will be financially responsible for any damages due to inappropriate behavior.
Leaving Alif Institute (or group) without permission is not allowed.
All campers should leave the Institute promptly at the conclusion of camp each day. If it is necessary to wait a short time for transportation home, students should wait in the area designated by their counselors.
Parents will be notified if their campers violate these rules for the first time. Repeated violations of the rules may lead to the camper's expulsion from the camp.

HEALTH REGULATIONS:

We will follow Dekalb & Fulton County and health and safety guidelines.
Campers should not attend camp if they have a fever.
Campers are required to wear closed-toe shoes to attend camp.
