Vendor Application for Souk
We invite you to participate as a vendor at the souk at the 2018 Atlanta Arab Festival!
Booth Fees:
| Regular souk booth | $400 |
| Non-profit rate | $300 |
Includes the following:
- (1) 10×10 Tent
- (2) 6’ Tables
- (2) Chairs
- Sign with business name
Please complete and return the attached application form with payment in full before March 31, 2018. Kindly note that a $50 late fee will apply to any application submitted after the referenced deadline.
Due to space limitations, please note that booths at the souk are reserved at a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a booth in the souk. Applications will be reviewed by the festival committee and, if approved, you will be notified and provided with a booth rental agreement for signature.
If for any reason you need to withdraw from the event prior to March 31, 2018, a $50 processing fee will be applied. There will be no refunds processed after that date.
