Vendor Application for Restaurant Booth

We invite you to participate as a vendor at the souk at the 2018 Atlanta Arab Festival.

 

Please see the following information about becoming a food vendor at Atlanta Arab Festival 2018

Booth fee: $500*

 

The festival will provide:

  • (1) 10×10 Tent with 3 side walls

  • (2) 6’ Tables

  • (2) Chairs

  • Electricity access

  • Sign with business name

*We require a deposit of $200 with the booth rental. This amount will be charged to you with the booth rental fee of $500, for a total of $700. To receive your full deposit, we must ensure the following prior to your departure:

  • All trash is removed from booth

  • All tables and chairs are clean and present

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a check for the amount of the deposit to the address you provide in the form no later than May 7, 2018.
 

Please complete and return the attached application form together with payment in full before March 31, 2018.

Kindly note that a $50 late fee will apply to any application submitted after the referenced deadline.

Due to space limitations, please note that booths are reserved at a first-come, first-served basis.

If for any reason you need to withdraw from the event prior to March 31, 2018, a $50 processing fee will be applied. There will be no refunds processed after that date.
