Times, & Cost:
- 5 pm – 7 pm, (during the Winter Holiday Bazaar)
- $25/person (adults 15 years old and up)
- 100% of proceeds go directly to PCRF humanitarian medical relief efforts.

What to expect:
- Workshop to be held outside, on the front lawn at Alif Institute.
- Please dress warmly!
- Wear closed-toed, comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing.
- In the event of bad weather, a rain date will be scheduled.
- Great way to get your heart pumping! Be ready to sweat!
- No experience is necessary.
