Arabic Reading Club
Included in our weekly classes, we are proud to offer an online reading program, Nahla wa Nahil. Students will be assigned a personal account with access to over 800 classic and new books in Arabic from the Arab world and beyond. Instructors will guide students to suggest books relevant to their ages, reading levels, and interests and meet online for 20 minutes per week to discuss.
The Arabic Reading Club is also available separately from our regular Arabic classes. Students will have the same account and access to books, but will meet with Alif Instructors twice per month to discuss what they have read.
If you would like to register ONLY for the Reading Club, please click below:
Listen to what parents are sharing about our new Arabic Reading Club:
Arabic classes for children, incorporate both classical and spoken language. Alif’s highly trained instructors create a unique learning experience with a culturally nurturing environment and the use of modern technology in the classroom.
At the end of each semester, the students present a special program called Haflatuna, (حفلتنا) to celebrate their hard work and accomplishments. These programs feature sketches, songs, dances, or poems performed in Arabic.
